The Alberta Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals “AAIRP” is a non-profit organization that exists to attract, develop and support its members who provide insolvency and restructuring services. Our members act as trustees in bankruptcy, receivers, agents for secured creditors, monitors and consultants in issues of insolvency finding both creative and practical solutions.
The association consists of directors who volunteer their time and knowledge to
advocate, promote, and advance the goals and objectives of the AAIRP.
